I am painting contractor. There are good contractors and there are bad contractors. Mike Stell and Stell Roofing are GREAT contractors.
When I originally called Mike up I needed to have a new patio addtion roofed. We had been in the house for 20 or so years so I figured we'd be spending money on a whole new roof for the rest of the house at this point anyway.
Mike came over. Got up on the roof. Inspected on all areas from different vantage points and then promptly told me I don't need a new roof yet. I might get 5-7 more years out of it.
Really? What kind of contractor does this? An honest one is who. So we JUST had the patio roofed and we're short several tiles and they don't make them anymore. So Mike is on a mission to find them at some boneyard down in Casa Grande.
Again? Who does this?
