I had a reservation and upon arrival they refused to rent to me unless I showed them not just my insurance card, but my full insurance binder and declarations page! They also told me that since I had a NV drivers license I only got 150 free miles. Who here carries a copy of their insurance declarations page with them? I was using a Visa cc that had CDW for rental cars - and the reps knew this. The counter reps were totally ghetto and had bad attitudes. When I told the rep how rediculous it was to think I have a copy of my 10 page insurance policy, his coworker butted in and said "cancel his reservation". The folks at the Payless counter right next door helped me out. They are so used to Advantage tossing away customers, they were more than willing to help. They gave me a SUV and matched the price of the Advantage reservation. Even the manager at Payless was in disbelief when I told him of the insurance declaration page issue.
