What a joke. I suggested we go here for dinner a couple months ago after I found a coupon for the prime rib dinners. Once we were seated at a table with food crumbs all under and around it we were told that they were out of prime rib so both my husband and I ordered the all you can eat shrimp. I also added a dinner salad and was "warned" by the waiter that it cost extra. OK anyway, I only ate a couple of my shrimp while my husband had a refil on his. During our meal a man started sweeping up the food crumbs on the floor and that kinda killed my appetite When I asked for a to go plate the waiter said he had to wait for my husband. I was a bit confused and asked what he was waiting for and he told me he was waiting for my husband to finish his 3 pieces of shrimp that were still on his plate because he had to make sure that we weren't going to take them home. This felt like he was accusing us of trying to steal 3 measly pieces of shrimp. We asked for a manager and instead of an apology she actually covered for this dumb move. I would never waste my money or time in here again. I really miss the way the SKYLINE used to treat customers. Wouldn't it have been smarter IF the customer wanted the 3 pieces of shrimp to add to the other 6 pieces they were taking home, to just let them have it instead of insulting them with the assumption that they were going to take it? It's easier to keep customers then to get new ones. All in all, the food was OK and the service sucked. Cost was about $46. Should have gone to Olive Garden.
