Its unfortunate that this place has such horrible service because the food is good when you actually get a chance to order. We have been here a few times for lunch and finally are sick of the poor service and will likely not go back.
We attempt to go here for lunch from time to time during a lunch hour from our regular 9-5 jobs. This is borderline impossible. Today we waited for five to ten minutes while we watched the wait staff take a phone call and help two counter customers who came in after us without even acknowledging we had entered the establishment.
We got our own menus off of another table and were ready to order if someone would just acknowledge that we were there. If we had to wait for our menus until the wait staff finally got around to us then we would have probably never gotten them.
The only time the staff acknowledged our presence is when we walked out to go to a different establishment, one who was more sensitive to our time constraints.
