My experience here started out good but gradually got worse and worse. Toward the end of my lease I had a bee infestation in my bedroom. They were coming in under the sink and i had up to 15 bees at a time swarming around the fan light. Went to the office to tell them and they didn't take it very seriously. I said, well what if I was allergic? And they said "well wouldn't you have a pen then?" ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. It's their damn apartment so they need to take care of stuff like that. I did not want to be paying rent for barely being in my room due to swarming bees. My girlfriend got stung twice. They sent an exterminator who didn't fully fix the problem and so it took about 2 weeks until another exterminator came and finally fixed the problem. About 3 weeks after moving out I received a bill in the mail from cityscape for 1200 dollars. It was charges about removing carpets because they couldn't get stains out. They had originally told us to leave the carpets and not worry and if I'd known they were going to pull this on us, I would have rented a carpet cleaner and done it myself. I will be fighting this charge until I win because it is absolutely bs. If you're looking for an apartment in that area, you might as well live at lakeview across the street
