There's one guy who shoots you straight and tries to help you with both the issue you have and the time constraints. Then there's another guy who has the customer service aptitude of a mildly angry wombat. The actual work is decent, and they aren't as bad at scheduling as everyone says (expect about 30 minutes beyond what they say, not too much more).
