Went there with a group of friends and spent quite a bit on a 12 lap caution race. In our race we didn't get to do one full lap with the cars going into pit mode with limited speed. It would happen every time someone made contact or spun out. I understand this is for the safety of others while racing.
When we asked if we could do another race they just told us no. I have been to a few indoor kart racing places and all the other ones were a much better experience.
Maybe stagger the starts more, increase the track length, or have less racers on at one time. It was just a totally underwhelming experience and let down.
