We enjoyed the big bus tour as a large group.. But they had some issues with timing. They would tell us the next bus leaves at 12:30. So at 12:20 we headed over and saw the bus leaving. There were several other upset customers so i overheard on the walkie someone was coming off their break early to come get us.
Another time we were at hardrock casino and we called the number to ask when the next bus would come, she said 15mins. We headed outside and waited 45 mins for the next bus, so i guess they were early to the stop and we had to wait 30mins for the next bus. We called the number for the next 45 mins and no answer.
Its a shame because we loved all our tour guides and they all were very friendly and personable. I just wish they would be better with timing. On the Wydam stop the bus just ran through there, without asking if we wanted to get off. We had to sit on the bus for another 40mins to get back to Hawaiian marketplace since the planet hollywood stop was closed. The tour guide said "yeah he just has a habit of going through that stop, my bad". And continued to make jokes about it at every stop but it wasn't funny.
