I am torn on this review. My other experiences with this location have all been great...but I also have done all my other reservations online. So I decided I was going to take a last minute trip (8-26-2016) to Prescott and wanted to haul a 1997 S10 extended cab 4x4 up there. I went in to the store friday evening to rent it since it is across the street from my shop. They hooked it up to my vehicle while I went in to do the paperwork. I was still in the system as I had rented this trailer 2 months ago to bring the same vehicle down from Show Low, using the same tow vehicle. I do have the towing package on my SUV which allows me to tow 4500lbs (which I tell them). after a couple minutes, they tell me the computer will not allow me to tow this combination, or any combination towing a s10 on the trailer. What the heck!!! He says there is nothing he can do, the computer is saying no. So needless to say, I did not make my trip. Funny part, I just went onto there web site and put the same combination into there system and it says I can tow this combination with no problems and I can make a reservation.
What does this tell me. The clerk in the store is a complete moron and needs to more training on there computer systems, because he was screwing something up. I am just going to by a trailer so I do not have to deal with this again.
