I believe that there are three Oyster Bars in Las Vegas right now. This one is located in the Palace Station Casino. They are notorious for their long wait times because there are only 18 counter seats. I finally got a chance to dine here with 2 of my 3 sisters and our mom! We were lucky and got there at an off time between lunch and dinner. It took about 30 minutes to get a seat for the four of us on a Monday afternoon. It's very entertaining to watch the chef prepare all of the meals! I was so happy to go with a group because I got to taste all of their dishes! My baby sister got the Pan Roast (crab version) which everyone talks about. We both thought that it was okay. Mom got the chiopinno; and my other sister got the clam chowder - I liked that the best! I got the steamed clams and half dozen fresh oysters...nom nom! People question the quality of seafood at a restaurant in the middle of the desert... In my opinion, everything was fine. I appreciated the complimentary bread and butter. .. I was starving as usual! Hahaha! I would return if someone wanted to go, but I wouldn't go out of my way. I'm happy to complete another bookmark and look forward to visiting one of the other Oyster Bar locations.
