Let me start off by saying this was the hardest grading and review for me to do with all the hotel stays I have within the year. I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Jenna and she was a great help during my stay from the beginning. I had reserved 2 rooms online, 1 for me and another for my parent. Some how my rooms did not receive room service for a couple of days which really put my parent over the edge. There was another spanish lady receptionist at the desk that was truly a sweetheart also I tried her best to assist my parent with their discomfort in their room. She personally went up and changed the sheets and took out the trash. I felt so bad that I had to let her know personally I understand things happen and apologized to her for my parents outrage. She also fixed my TV for me to watch the basketball game which won me over completely. Overall I think it was just a bad weekend for the hotel in general with staffing of the room service attendants. But I have to give the desk clerks A+++ for handling everything in such a professional manner. Hospitality was displayed at its best overall and I would recommend this hotel for others to stay at. It could've been just my weekend as a bad one.
