I decided to go here for an afternoon brunch with my friends, they supposedly had good reviews, but when I walked in at 3:07 we were directed to our table by a far from friendly wide hipped, curly haired waitress. It took her at least 10 minutes to bring us our cups for the water, with no straws may I add. I asked for lemon to go with my water, and she completely ignored me. It was the first time my group has ever been there so everyone was asking questions about the food; and again the waitress was being extremely disrespectful. So we finally got our order in at 3:17. I kid you not it our food came at 4:07. Remember this place is a waffle place. Waffles by nature take only 5 minutes to makes. When we got our food serviced, I asked the server why did it take an hour to come. She had the nerve to tell me it took 20 minutes and they marked our time down. Even in a busy Resturant like jackastors it doesn't take that long to get food. Then she went to the manager, the manager looked at me and turned away. I swear if it wasn't for the fact that there is so many racial problems right now, I would have went off in there. But non the less I was one West Indian female with three Somali women. We would have been charged just for asking for a discount.
So my recommendation, don't ever go there unless you want to be treated less then.
