At the time of inspection the inspector missed a leaky faucet in my kitchen and now I have a costly repair on my hands. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Inspection not completed thoroughly and I'm paying for it now. Faucet and sink were brand new when I purchased this home and the leak is caused from the faucet being damaged. The entire home including kitchen was completely rehabbed at time of inspection. Company claims that the BRAND NEW faucet was not leaking at time of inspection. I'm 100% positive that the faucet that is leaking was Installed damaged and was damaged at time of inspection. Inspector did NOT run the water long enough to observe a leak as it takes a few minutes to take place. What is the point of a costly inspection when it's not completed correctly.
