First and foremost , social media is a powerful information outlet, and I'm not on here to bash anyone or try to ruin their reputation , but this place is very unprofessional and the service I got provided by the "managers" was unacceptable. I came into this store on a Saturday to fix my cracked glass screen, ended up paying $60 for the glass , $15 for a case and $10 for a screen protector. Price wasn't the issue I had . Was greeted by a young man, he took my phone , fixed the screen , put the case and screen protector on, and I was out the door within 45 mins. The store has a warranty for defects for repairs , but none for physical damage . I get that. I had my phone for about 5 days . I was eating with my family , when I noticed a bulge on the top of the case , so As I start to apply a bit of pressure with my thumb to put the phone back into the case, the screen cracks . I was kinda shocked , it's a touch screen phone, that I just fixed 5 days prior. I barely touched it.I took the phone out of the case and realized that it wasn't sealed properly . The following day I went back to the store , was greeted by another employee and I told him what happened . He said he'll have to speak to a manager and see what they can do. I was told to leave my phone and he would call me when he finds out. 2 and a half hours later he calls me and says the manager won't fix it cause they said it was physically damaged. I was fuming, 1, I didn't drop or damage my phone in any sorta way, 2 , they didn't fix my phone correctly , it was my fault to a point , cause I should of looked it over my phone when I got it back, but since it was in a case And the screen was fixed I didn't bother. I asked to speak with a manager , the employee told me they would call me back , 45 mins later no one called me. So I go pick up my broken phone , and asked the employee to call a manager again when I was in the store . He tried for 5 mins to no avail , at this point I'm just pissed . I asked for my phone back and left. Three days later no one called or even bothered to even address this issue. It's not about the money, it's about the principal . They basically accused me of physically damaging my phone, when I didn't. Not only did they not offer a solution , they just simply told me to go eff myself. No managers even reached out to listen to what happened . I'm all about customer service , if you need your phone repaired go elsewhere , save yourself the headache .
