The guys that came out did great work. They were friendly, punctual, quick, neat and accurate with everything that needed to be done. They originally were to come out to cut down part of a pony wall and install a key pad lock. I was so surprised they could do all the items that I thought would have to be done another day. That was great.
I would have liked to have given Resonsive 5 stars. I was given an estimate by Adam that was fair and in line with other estimates. I chose them because of their Yelp rating. What I didn't expect was the the price change while the handyman was there because his son came along with him to work. It upped the price because it was now two people doing the job. Adam never told me it was per man. What could I say, the guys were already there. I wrote the check, but felt uncomfortable to be put in that position. Don't feel it was right. I would still recommend them for their work, but make sure you ask if it's a one man job or two so you aren't caught off guard.
Again, the guys did 5 star work. I would call Adam again and have learned a lesson in getting more specific with him.
