By far the WORST customer service I have ever had. I have been with AT&T forever, and am going to have to switch service providers because AT&T refuses to fix the problems with my bill that they created. They misrepresented, and fraudulently overcharged me, and I am stuck paying for their incompetencies. So frustrated that I now have to drop everything to go to T-Mobile.
