Dr. Shi has always been helpful and the nurses and front desk are always so friendly. The waiting room is huge with some things to keep my little one busy. She loves the fish tank! I can usually get in whenever i need to, and if not, the morning walk in hour ends up working just fine. My daughter had stitches at another office and had them taken out here. I felt like the follow up and involvement was right on. Everyone has always made us feel comfortable.
