We stayed one night. We arrived before 3pm and had checked in online. We had the desk check that our room was ready and that I had picked a good room to suit us. She was more than helpful, assuring us that I had picked a full suite which was an upgrade at no charge. She also mentioned 'snacks and drinks' at 5:30 to 7pm. When we arrived in the dining room we were shocked at the size of the buffet! We enjoyed delicious pulled pork BBQ and the crispiest fries on the planet. There were desserts, fruit and drinks. We went for a walk around the area which is industrial and car parks and felt safe. Our room was quiet and perfect for us, away from the elevators and vending. We really enjoy the Hampton mattresses and got a good night's sleep... until we had to get up at 4am for an early flight. The free shuttle runs 24/7 every 20 minutes and got us to the airport in less than 10 minutes! Good job!
