Great experience. My wife and I had a reservation at 6:30pm when we arrived we were immediately seated without any wait. The waiter "Roy" was attentive and very informative. Our bread came out fresh and warm. Roy had great suggestions and they were spot on. My wife had the Ribeye steak and lobster with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli along with a Cesar salad. I had the Ribeye steak with lobster and green beans along with garlic mashed potatoes and lobster bisque soup. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the lobster was tender and juicy. The green beans had a grilled BBQ taste to them that was quite surprising. The food was excellent. We finished the night off with a piece of chocolate cake that came with a few slices of strawberries. Thank you to Roy and the entire Carve staff for making this couples night exceptional.
