If I could give a 0 I would. Took our SUV for an oil change the next day, we noticed it was leaking oil prior to bringing it here we never had issues with it leaking. They also forgot to put the radiator cap back on.
I called to let them know about the leak they had me bring it back in. When I dropped the car off first thing in the morning they put it on the lift. I came back about 2.5 hours later to pick it up I saw it parked outside thinking they had finished. They saw me walking in and quickly went to get my car to put it back on the lift. I asked how much longer they said they're still waiting on parts. It took them about 6 hours to finish fixing the car. It safe to say I won't be bringing my vehicle back to this place.
