Because the ratings and comments are somewhat low, we decided to take advantage of a Groupon that was offered for a month membership so that we could experience for ourselves if it is worth joining. So far after only 1 1/2 weeks, we have not been very happy... yesterday when I called to reserve a court I was told by a very unpleasant gentleman on the phone (once he discovered we had used a groupon) that we were not members, this was just a pass to use the facilities. He then said a court was reserved for us, but when my husband and son showed up this morning, they had no record of it. They then sent them to several courts stating the people would be done soon, but were told by all that they were not close to done. In the end, they did not get to play. We have 3 more weeks left, hopefully we'll get some use out of the "pass" we paid for.
