This place is understaffed, or else staff is poorly scheduled to take care of customers. Recently took our car here for the first time, with a coupon. Front staff tried to upsell me for detailing, windshield repair, etc., which I hate; the car went thru the wash quickly but then sat in line for 35 minutes before anyone touched it. 25 minutes later, it was finally finished. Car looked fine, but service delayed too long for me. Bring a book.
