I am hesitant to give 1 star. Staff member was incredibly unprofessional. Location is hard to find and he had difficulty providing accurate directions. When I arrived I was even more concerned by lack of professionalism and competence in providing the service. He instructed me to insert dental product in my mouth "I don't want to have to stick my hands all up in there." I was shocked. I did not realize I paid $70 to perform a function of the procedure on my own. Have 10 minutes of attempting to insert "dental dam" as he called it, I promptly left asking for refund.the staff instructed me to contact groupon for refund. I am now attempting to get refunded and the staff member has blatantly lied about the so called procedure performed.
