I was traveling from Colorado to Nevada and needed to ship my bike home so I could catch a flight out of Vegas and had the best luck with Broken Spoke. After a long crazy road trip it was so great to walk in with my bike (during a Vegas rain storm) and hand it off to Broken Spoke to ship back to Denver.
They packed it perfectly and really took care of properly marking my handle bars and seat post to make it easy to put back together again. It was packed with great care too, protecting everything. They also shipped it super fast and were very communicative during the process.
Shipping a bike felt daunting but thanks to them it was as easy as it gets!!!
