Holy crap, how are there no reviews for Action Potential Lab??! This place is just awesome. We've been here several times for different kiddo activities, from a weekend drop-in workshop to a birthday party to today's family day fun. Kiddo is currently enrolled for a Saturday workshop series that incorporates both art and science. Every Saturday she comes for her class, where she has her own little white lab coat, and her own folder of art work in progress. There's a "wonder wall" where kids can ask science questions that can be worked into future lessons. The space is light and airy, with tons of cool science stuff to check out. They also have a small merchandising area with great gifts like make your own root beer kits and their signature "I use my brain" t-shirts. Genius! The staff here is phenomenal, I can't say enough about them. I could gush all day singing their praises - they are passionate about what they do, and they are great with kids. They also all seem to be very bright, fun, funny people - I haven't had the chance yet, but I would definitely do an adult workshop in the future. Would make a great date night. You can sign up for classes easily online anytime, what are you waiting for?!
