I just arrived home from out of town and I'm quite disappointed with the services I received.
She told me the baseboards and walls are done for the first time cleaning and they definitely were NOT done.
The couch was only half way vacuumed, there's no new pet hair because the animals are gone.
There is still a sticky something on the kitchen counters.
The shower was not completely cleaned.
My laundry was folded, however, the socks are all just thrown in the drawer, I could have done that myself, I didn't need to pay you to have them thrown in a drawer.
I am requesting a refund, or another clean. I emailed the owner and attached pictures so I am hoping for a do over or a refund.
