This company gets more and more disappointing and upsetting with every month. The Phoenix office is very unprofessional, unpleasant and a pain to deal with. I called and had to leave message after message for Mona Lisa regarding a concern of mine. Not once did I ever get a call back. I had to have someone else call from another number to see if she was just avoiding my calls and what do you know she picked up the phone immediately.
After you sign that lease don't expect the Phoenix office to return any of your calls or address your concerns. Very unprofessional. Can't wait to get out of my lease.
