I really wanted to like this place. The staff was very friendly at first. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. When I left, everything looked fine but the next day, 2 of my shellac nails chipped. I called to ask if they could fix them and the lady on the phone said no problem. When I went back, the owner was really defensive and was arguing with me, insisting that I banged my fingers hard because they do a good job with shellac. I get my nails done regularly, so I'm not naive about shellac. They were poorly done. Needless to say, it was am awkward 10 mine to fix them, and he didn't start from scratch on those nails like another place did when a nail chipped. Instead, he just added more paint on top and now it's not smooth. Really annoying since I dropped almost 80 bucks there that day. Will not go back!
