Overall, I had a great experience here this past weekend. In the beginning I had high expectations but after reading Yelp reviews my expectation about this place went from 8 to 5. It was more for convenience-sake that's why I ended up choosing this place. My bf and I stayed at Paris for the weekend and my appointment was several hours before we fly back home to SF.
I opted to get 50-min Swedish Massage and 50-min Elemis Skin Specific Facial. My massage, to my surprise was just amazing. Thanks to Rebecca who was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions from the very beginning. I work on my desk from 8-5pm during the week so getting a massage monthly is a must. I get kinks/knots on my neck area very often. I told her to focus on there and she did! She even got the pressure just right since I'm more into a medium/hard pressure on specific problem areas. My facial was also great. Manu, was very kind and easy to talk to. I only get facials every quarter so everytime she does a mini-extraction I was in pain but she so nice and made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment. In the end, I walked out with glowing/smooth skin! (5-stars)
The only downside is the sauna/whirlpool/steam room area. It is a on the older side and I think it needs major updating. If you are going to charge $200-$300 for services the amenities included should be top notch. (1-star)
