So I decided to become a homeowner and needed a realtor. I spent a few months with an awful jerk who didn't listen to me and a friend coaxed me into going with her realtor after she got her dream home for her family. I met with Connie Brown and I really felt like she was listening. After a few houses she could read my face and she would even identify things she knew were just right for me. One of her more impressive traits was the fact that she could tell a money pit house from the curbside. When we went to a certain neighborhood, I started noticing all the roofs were patched. I didn't get a chance to say anything before she said "We don't need to get out of the car for this one, the construction in this neighborhood is bad." I appreciated that. Anyone can sell a house, but not every realtor is interested in finding you a home. As anyone familiar with the Las Vegas housing market may know, it's hard to compete with the investors. I had to put in a few offers that didn't get accepted. And it's a hard blow to love a house enough to put in an offer only to not get the house. But when that happened, Connie told me that we would find a better house. And I'll be damned if she didn't succeed in impressing me even when I lost motivation. At the end of it, I ended up buying a house that was truthfully better than any of the other houses I saw. It was a short-sale that she was able to close in under 90 days, which is impressive. And she was with me every step of the way whenever I had questions. I truly love Connie for helping me find my beautiful home and if you want the best realtor in the valley, then meet with Connie.
