After reading the reviews of this place I decided to give it a try. It's is a pretty place and unfortunately that is all I can say good about it. I went for a cut and color. I was specific about what I wanted too.
As for the cut, well it was a trim. I asked for long layers and bangs. I got neither.
The color I asked for bright blonde highlights and some chunks of red (specifically, I wanted the bright fire engine red) around my face. What I got was two tiny strands of a coppery/pink color that you cannot see at all and that have now (1week later) completely faded. As for the bright blonde highlights- they are non existent.
My hair looked exactly the same as when I went into the place. I expect to see what someone has done when paying that kind of money. The stylist did speak to the owner and they did "take some money off" my service. But that is a very small amount.
I wanted to like this place. I will not return and cannot in good conscious recommend this place to anyone.
