So thankful we have this locally and don't have to go to Chandler ER. My baby got very sick, ped was closed for holiday weekend and urgent care recommended we go straight to the ER (I called ahead to ask if they could deal with infant IVs in case he was dehydrated). We were taken back quickly and the RN took a detailed history of my son's illness. Dr. Bryman came in shortly after and is the first dr I've ever seen who was able to check my sons ears without him crying. He took plenty of time with us, checked on us repeatedly and I felt that my son was well looked after and received appropriate, thorough treatment. Dr David Bryman was fantastic, wish he could be our pediatrician, great bedside manner, thank you so much for taking such great care of my little guy!!
Total time door to discharge at 1pm on holiday weekend Friday was 4 hours. Satisfied with that, it's an ER, not a hotel concierge service, you've got to expect it's going to take awhile.
