One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any medical practice.
Upon scheduling the appointment over the phone for my daughter's toe to be "looked at", I was immediately informed there would be a $40 charge for a surgery kit...she wasn't having any surgery!!
Upon arriving at the office, we were again informed there would be a $40 charge for a surgery kit (gauze, etc...). I again informed the receptionist that my daughter was not having surgery. The receptionist appears surprised. I later found out why...
We had over an hour to wait for my daughter to be taken to an examination room. The PA barely glanced at my daughter's toe and immediately stated she would need to have part of her toenail permanently removed. My jaw dropped!! Seriously, this was the best you could offer, was a quick glance and immediate surgery (for what she claimed was an ingrown toenail)???
Then the doctor came in and did the exact same thing!!! I don't think she took more than 2 seconds (seriously!!!) to look at the toe and claim she should have the nail removed!!! We waited over an hour for less than 5 minutes of medical care and attention!!!
About a week later, we discovered this was actually a fungal issue which was cleared up with a simple, at home treatment!!!
I would suggest you avoid this office at all costs!!!
