Excellent staff, with an excellent overall experience. My wife and I never rode a horse before, but our guide as well as our horses made it extremely easy for us. The horses you ride on pretty much know what they are doing, so you can ride without giving hardly any instructions. I believe they have other horses for more experienced riders as well. Our other four legged guide "Dillon" (Blue Heeler) helped us on our trail ride.
