I went in just to get a poster frame and three frames for some small Star Wars graphic art pieces. I brought each with me to make sure I picked out the right sizes.
One of the clerks, Cindy, came to help me right away. She helped me find not only the right frames, but ensured they all qualified for the buy one and get one for one cent. She even helped me put each piece in their respective frame so that I didn't have to struggle with it at home.
