This center is definitely more babysitting than educational, however my kids are fairly happy and seem safe here. While not open the 24 hours they advertise, they do have late night and weekend hours which is all I required. They serve 3 meals and 3 snacks per day at no extra cost (though some of the meals aren't necessarily kid-friendly). Unfortunately, every week billing is a headache. There is only one person that understands their system, so when she is out you have no help. In my case, that means getting locked out of the system because no one knows why I have an extra charge, but the only one who does is it for the week. Despite me doing everything I can to resolve the matter, they tell me I can't bring my kids til she's back. That'd be no problem if I didn't have to work. I'm working on finding an alternate facility with the hours I need. Once again, the teachers are adequate and good with my children, but the management isn't worth the headache.
