I visited the new location in University Heights with my family for brunch this morning. The layout of the entrance is poor as the tables near the front have no protection from the cold when the door opens and people waiting for tables are standing over them. The kitchen was very slow as was the service. I suspect the menu is far too extensive for a brunch and they are trying to be all things for everyone. Focus on a core menu and make people happy. The tables around us were all grumbling about the wait for their food and claim they will not be going back. The food, when it finally came out was alright, nothing worth the hour plus wait though. The waitress was pleasant but did not know much about the items on the menu. There are many better choices for brunch in the area and they will need to improve several aspects of their business if they hope to last. It's too bad.
