Had this company come out to the place I work for. I was not here when they "allegedly" cleaned 3 rooms. I came in the next morning. And couldn't tell that they had been here, other than a few benches moved. Dark spots on the carpet remained, and they also damaged a door, with no mention of it.
If a carpet has been cleaned, you would be able to smell the freshly cleaned carpet. I got down on my hands and knees to smell nothing but dirt. I feel like they just vacuumed and that was it. GM called for them to come back out. Regardless of the outcome of their return visit, I would strongly suggest renting a cleaner from Home Depot and doing it yourself (if your able). As I have cleaned with them and have had a far better cleaning result when I did it myself.
