Excellent customer service. They installed my new toilet today. The installer, Dragan, called when he was on his way. He was a little ahead of schedule and asked if that would be ok. Of course it was. He did an excellent job with the toilet, and had a great work ethic. As an extra, he overheard the noise my kitchen sink was making when the hot water was on and he offered to fix that, which he did, in about 10 seconds. My bathroom etc. was kept completely clean. My landlord called them, and I would call them again.
