When I first started I was stuck in a room. I waited and waited and waited. The couple subsequent visits they spent almost no time with me. Hey also told me to do exercises then walked away from the first day on. There was no mirror to gauge my form and no employee to put me right.
Everything was do five or ten of these and walk away. I'd finish and sit waiting for another ten minutes.
After a few days here it rendered me absolutely unable to get out of bed. I hadn't cancel appointments and after discussing this once again they left me in my own
It's very clear I wasn't doing something right and The exercises were traumatizing my injury. No matter what I did or said I didn't get any attention. I understand techs manage s lot of physical therapy after initial physical therapists do their job this place overbooked they never gave me enough time even with a tech properly get going. You can't take a new patient demonstrate something once then leave without even ensuring it's going properly and have techs barely show up too. There was no massage thought it was clearly neededWhen I explained that I had solid pain the response was they would change things but it didn't.. The caring seemed lacking and the patients seem to really run their own show. I feel like reading a website and doing exercises at home is about the same thing
Subsequently I had double spine surgery and opted to go else where (barrow neurosurgery therapy) and it's been much better. The front office staff were nice enough. Billing wasn't wrong on anything. The care however was very lack luster.
