I came to the mall because I had a bubble tea craving.... I would've gave Woop a better rating IF they actually had things in stock. I originally ordered a taro milk tea with tapioca balls. Turns out, they were out of tapioca. Ok, so I try to order lychee topping. They were out of that too. Okay, fine. Next, I ask for the aloe vera topping. And guess what?... they were out of that too!!! I don't understand who is doing the inventory here but it needs better management so that the business can actually supply the products that are being advertised. The only reason this place gets two stars is because of Charles, who was very apologetic about the items not being available. The owners of this stand have to do a lot better if they plan on having repeat business
