I moved into Revival Biltmore about two weeks ago. My AC has had issues for the past week and a half. I called the office and she said she would send someone out a week ago---nobody showed. The AC quit running over the weekend- I called Friday, Saturday and Sunday and left a voicemail for the emergency maintenance team. NOBODY called me back. It's average 117 degrees her in Phoenix in July. I try calling the office during business hours today and it rings forever and goes to a message saying "this person's voicemail box isn't set up. Try calling 602-956-1345 and see what you get. You won't get staff that is for sure. I can't even live in my own place!!
