Best Hong Kong waffle in Vegas! Crispy and crunchy on the outside while the inside is soft and fluffy. I think the quality and effort that goes into their product really shows. Even though it may take a little bit of a wait for the desserts to come out, I think people should understand that there is a lot of effort and care that goes into it. They take the time to present you something that is well thought out and balanced in flavor, looks, and presentation.
My bf and I ordered a Nutella latte, Blue Pea lemonade and an original Hong Kong waffle with matcha ice cream. I asked my boyfriend how the Nutella latte was and he said delicious. Scrumptious. Lol but since he is a coffee snob, he did say it was a well made and aromatic latte. As for my lemonade, It was not only beautiful but also had a perfect balance of sweet and tart. But the main star was the Hong Kong waffle. It was absolutely amazing. It's actually the best one I've had so far. Others that I've tried were either soggy on the outside or not sweet enough. The waffle here is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I can taste the vanilla and hint of sweetness. It was so addicting. The matcha ice cream was also amazing. I can tell that they used quality matcha for their ice cream because it was aromatic and sweet. It didn't have that bitter overpowering taste like other ones.
Everything was just amazing and perfect. I loved it as well as my bf. We will definitely take a trip back here again.
