Today was the THIRD time I had to refuse the Hayes Tufted chairs that I ordered 9 months ago. The 1st set of 6 chairs that arrived 7 months ago had defects such as soiling, scratches, or inconsistent stitching and filling. I accepted 2 and reordered 4. When the reorder arrived 4 months later, the new 4 were 2" shorter than the 2 I had previously accepted and were not filled with the same amount of filling (batting) and were a slightly different color. I then had to reorder 6 new chairs so that they would hopefully be the same. Today when they arrived, one of the 6 was completely different with gray fabric instead of the taupe color they were suppose to be, in addition the chairs were yet a different height from the all the others. I sent all 6 back, and reordered them again with hopes to eventually get 6 chairs that are all the same! I am so disappointed in this company, a company that I use frequently to accessorize my home.
