I had a Family Calendar made for birth dates throughout the year via Etsy. I had to get the wooden disks engraved with family member names and dates to hang under the months. After doing some research and calling around I decided to go with Trophy Den. The owner answered and took the time to ask questions about what I was looking for. He was very patient and thorough with providing details on how the process works.
I decided to move forward with them and couldn't be happier. He said they would be ready by next Friday and they actually called Tuesday and had it done well ahead of time. Quoted a very reasonable price and the engravings met my expectations. He said if any mistakes were made he would gladly fix them. A+ Customer service! It's a Family Owned business and you can tell by the level of genuine service and attention you get with your order.
