This Kohl's locations is located on N. Tryon St across from UNC Charlotte campus. It is in a plaza with a food lion, another clothing store, and then a few food/restaurant options - chipotle, starbucks, Jersey Mike's, Bruegger's bagels.
Kohl's offers great discounts with coupons and sales. However, everything is so marked up that sometimes it can still be kind of pricey. No one under any circumstance should ever pay full sticker price in this store! Most items are 30-40% off all the time. On top of that they usually have coupons circulating for 15%, 20%, or 30% off but you usually need to have their charge card. That's how they get you! They also just recently started a loyalty card program where you in a $5 discount coupon for every $100 you spend. If you get savvy with their coupons and sales you can get some great items at great prices! But it does take some work - think extreme couponing. That moment when your item is on sale, you have a 30% coupon, and you have kohl's cash!
This location can definitely get messy sometimes. It never seems like there are any associates on the floor working to straighten and fold clothes. I've also experienced this at other Kohl's locations.
