I just drove to Henderson from California and was hearing a funky noise when I arrived. I'm new here and as you might imagine, it was not the best situation to have your car act up. I was super freaked out. I found Sansone's Automotive on Yelp. They are located close to where I'm staying. They had good reviews (a few lower stars but mostly 4 or 5). I called and made an appointment with Chuck. Came in and they diagnosed the problem and actually did a full check on my car. I was super happy with this because sometimes you go to get your car fixed and they don't check other stuff and you have another issue shortly after that could of been avoided. So already I was happy. Sometimes when they check for other things, it can feel like its a scam to get you to pay more money. I didn't get that feeling here.
I met Chuck when I checked in. He is nice. I am a people person and I watch to see how businesses treat their customers. Chuck treats everyone the same, from customers to service persons. I am in business myself and that means a lot to me. He let me know how much it would cost to fix my car, he let me know if he felt anything else was wrong (which there wasn't), and he made an appointment for me to come in when I was ready-no pressure.
The mechanics are nice, the building is clean, and like one reviewer posted, their bathroom is extra clean. Yaay!! Lol. I'm big on that too! I'm kind of a princess that way. Lol.
I like to research when I get a quote from anywhere. I searched the internet, called a few friends, and confirmed the price they quoted was exactly what I was seeing everywhere. Another reason to feel better.
I would recommend this business. It's kind of cool also because they are located in this like cul de sac kind of thing where all these other business are like car tinting, stero sound systems. Stuff like that. You could come and get it all done in one day. Haha.
Thank you Chuck for being so awesome. I feel better and even though I hate having to shell out extra money for anything, I feel confident that the work was done right and it was worth it. Glad I found a new mechanic in my new town.
