My Ubox was practically destroyed while in their storage. It had obviously been tipped over, and had a pallet jack run through it. It had a metal strap loosely holding it together. Some of my items either fell out or were taken. They never contacted me or advised me of the situation. A phone call from Joshua Nunn ( the manager at Litchfield?) was only received after I put in a damage claim with Corp. He clearly couldn't care less. He was most flippant and advised me that I had been compensated by others to HIS satisfaction. He never even took ownership for his store's lack of communication, nor did he even apologize. In fact, he said he'd get back to me, but that never happened. Thankfully, Please don't leave your belongings in their care. You'll spend HOURS and HOURS on the phone with Uhaul, getting it all sorted out.
