Ok so I don't usually write reviews, but with my experience.. I just couldn't let it go.
I have a dentist that I've been going to in Henderson but since we move somewhere in the southwest area I figured I should find a dentist closer to my home for convenience. That's when I found absolute dental in Rainbow. The first time I went in their office wasn't actually that bad.. I've only waited 45 minutes to be called in (I'm the only one there). I didn't mind the waiting so much since I didn't have much going on.
I was scheduled to come back.. the day before my scheduled appointment i got a call from them to confirm my appointment.. while on the phone I asked "is there any fee I have to pay?" She said well the doctor usually do extraction the same day.. but since I was busy at work I just said ok.. I called a few minutes later and told her that the dentist that I saw never mentioned any extraction that needs to be done and so on.. then she said "WELL THE DR IS NOT HERE SO IM JUST GONNA CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT" with a very rude tone of voice. Long story short.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
