My friend took me here after work and raved about it. I could see some things she was talking about but mainly it wasn't anything different than any other local Thai restaurant.
Ambiance and decor is clean and crisp. Kinda has a tea house feel to it.

Walked in and a server sat us. I got a lemonade and my friend got a Thai tea.
She got some coconut broth based soup with shrimp and mushrooms and I got Pad Thai like I normally do. She got a 10 spice level and I got a 7. Neither being spicy. The food was good. They gave me extra peanuts like I asked for. Again, didn't taste anything different than other places. Make your level 10 spicier!

Service was confusing I had multiple servers. A server took our drink menu away from us when my friend wanted to order a beer. The server had no clue what alcohol was on their own menu. Not a lot of personality going on there. Had a couple of times where we couldn't find a server at all and it was dead there. Had to get up to ask for the drink menu. Also had to stand up to get change because no one was around. You shouldn't have to get up for anything during your dining experience, but twice?!?!

Would I come back? Doubtful with all the other similar / closer places to me. Still worth a shot might get a good experience too.
